Maybe it’s great if you’re trying to lose weight but you’ll probably feel not as full after than you would with Freshly. One drawback was that the portions weren’t that great and it wasn’t very filling. After slapping it on a plate and reheating it, you can tell the quality is high. When you look at it in packaging, it doesn’t seem very good. They just say they try to obtain the highest quality possible food that’s sourced locally to them.
